Eliminated
Today was my day to be eliminated. I ended in the bottom two again. At 252 pounds, I have not lost any weight in the past week. I was able to do the workouts, but struggled with following the diet regimen. This is a contest, don't lose the weight, the team will lose you! I had a great team and great trainers. Hope to see you in the future with an update on weight lost.

Calorie Burn, Calorie Burn
Evening session more of the same burn calories. You have to keep you metabolism going day and night in order to burn calories. You have burn more calories than you take in plain and simple. Look forward to the morning session.

Team Members and Trainers have to forgive me if I don't smile more when working out. I am just zoning to what I need to accomplish. I've been like ever since I worked out. I usually workout alone and keep to myself. I enjoy working out, I need it.

Another Day Done
Just finished another evening session. Focused primarily on calorie burn because I need to drop the pounds during the next couple of days.
I 'm Still in Here
I did not lose any weight, but managed to survive elimination week. I do have a funny biology make-up. I have noticed a loss in inces (or millimeters) but no signficant weight lost. I'm glad to be around for next week.

Cramps and Amps
This morning session was somewhat intense. I had multiple cramps in my triceps, calves, and hamstrings. Brian (aka Captain O' Captain)said that it was because I didn't have enough potassium in my body.

They Have Mercy On Us!
The second session was a lot milder than the first. Trainers just made us do treadmill and bike work. We have been told that weigh-in elimination is Wednesday. I do not think it is enough time for anyone to have any signficant weight loss by that time, so I think I might be around for next week. Who knows, I cupcake slip-up now will kill you!
What Have I gotten Myself Into
The first session was tough one. For those who would like a personal trainer, please consider what you are getting yourself into. I have not been pushed that hard in sometime.

Memphis Biggest Loser
For those listening to Q107.5 in Memphis, I am participating in the Memphis Biggest Loser. I should have my own head examined by participating in this contest. First, I am not one who desires or wants any media attention brought to myself. Secondly, the reason that I'm doing the contest is to get healthy. The last reason for participation, is that I have the best chances than anyone (In a fair contest, no survivor mess!) in dropping weight. I based these on mathematical observations and human biology. No one can drop more than 10% of their body weight (health diet& exercise) in a short period of time. The bigger you are does not mean you lose weight porportional than some who is smaller than you. However, if you have too much muscle, you might struggle with dropping additional weight after you hit a plateau.
If you want to win prizes and pick the biggest loser of weight, choose me! I expect to be around to the end if this is not a contest where team members vote other members off.
