For those listening to Q107.5 in Memphis, I am participating in the Memphis Biggest Loser. I should have my own head examined by participating in this contest. First, I am not one who desires or wants any media attention brought to myself. Secondly, the reason that I'm doing the contest is to get healthy. The last reason for participation, is that I have the best chances than anyone (In a fair contest, no survivor mess!) in dropping weight. I based these on mathematical observations and human biology. No one can drop more than 10% of their body weight (health diet& exercise) in a short period of time. The bigger you are does not mean you lose weight porportional than some who is smaller than you. However, if you have too much muscle, you might struggle with dropping additional weight after you hit a plateau.
If you want to win prizes and pick the biggest loser of weight, choose me! I expect to be around to the end if this is not a contest where team members vote other members off.
